RESPONSIBILITIES:
We work on a wide variety of repairs. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering,
suspension, braking, air conditioning in a timely manner. - Communication with Parts and Service Advisors.
- Road test vehicles when required.
- Perform quality inspection of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer, as well as ensuring
customers vehicle is kept clean. - Ensure that required documentation is completed and accurate.
- Reports machine defects and malfunction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our industry.
- Ensure that workspace is kept clean and equipment and tools are kept in good condition and stored properly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidates for the Automotive Technician position will have:
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- ASE/Manufacturer Certifications (Preferred)
- Diagnostic Ability
- Troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to quality
- Team player
- Good communicator
- Personal set of tools
- Valid/Clean driver’s license
